Digital Goods Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to all paid Products, including Trendy Bolder Business Club Memberships, Course Enrollment Fees and Website Purchases.

Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You cannot cancel your order for the supply of digital content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right. You will not be entitled to any refund if a Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership or other Product has been canceled or is no longer accessible due to a violation of Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership’s Terms of Use.


Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.



Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership monthly fees are non-refundable and are charged manually on each renewal date (30 days) until you cancel. You may pause or cancel at any time. A cancellation does not mean you will receive refund, it simply means you will not be billed any further for your monthly membership. Simply, do not pay for the next month. Upon cancelation, your Membership will not expire. You retain membership on the level for which you last paid. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation are not refundable.



Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership course enrollment fees are non-refundable. However, if you’ve purchased a individual course in error and need to purchase a different course, you may request a course change. Please contact us via email form and create a Support Request.


Websites / Digital Goods

We do not offer refunds on purchase of our websites / digital goods. However, since we deal with digital goods, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the e-mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the e-mail service describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.



Trendy Bolder Business Club Membership reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all Memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
